Course Program and Schedule:

The MSI courses teach you to identify faulty alignment, movement patterns, and muscle imbalances using observation of movement as well as muscle length and strength testing. You will also learn how to alleviate and prevent mechanical musculoskeletal pain through treatment focused on the restoration of optimal alignment and appropriate movement patterns.

13:30 – Scapular impairments syndromes 1: depression and downward rotation

14:00 – Primary and secondary impairment tests

15:30 – Scapular impairments syndromes 2: abduction, winging, anterior tilt

16:00 – Tests in quadruped and sitting positions

17:30 End of 1st day

08:30 – Humeral impairments syndromes: anterior glide, superior glide, medial rotation.

9:00 – Humeral impairments syndromes tests

10:30 – Small group practice of the tests

13:30 – Overview of assessment and treatment concepts
